About Gabby

Big sister energy, marathon legs

Hi, I'm Gabby. Hybrid athlete, marathon runner, lifter, full time nurse, and the person behind @stridewithgabby.

My relationship with fitness used to be complicated. I thought healthy meant being smaller, doing more cardio, and worrying about every meal. At some point the anxiety outweighed the joy, and I decided training should add to my life instead of running it.

So now I train for performance. I run marathons, I lift heavy, I eat enough, and I fit all of it around twelve hour shifts at the hospital. Some mornings are beautiful beach runs. Some are cold, dark, and held together by coffee. Both count.

I made this space for women who want to run farther, lift heavier, and stop feeling guilty about food. Whether you are training for your first race or just tired of fitness feeling like punishment, you are in the right place.
